Processing time

Custom orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Production time varies by product and current demand; estimated timelines are shown at checkout or on the product page when available. Processing time is separate from transit time in transit.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery is typically within 3–7 business days after shipment for many domestic orders, depending on your location and carrier service. These are estimates only;Print Craft World does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless we explicitly offer and you select a guaranteed service where available.

Shipping methods and carriers

We ship through reputable carriers (for example, national courier partners). Available options and any associated fees are displayed at checkout. Carrier selection may depend on destination, package size, and service level.

Shipping address

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address issue, we may contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply.

Tracking

When your order ships, we aim to provide tracking information by email or through your account order history when available. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take time to appear.

Delays and force majeure

Occasionally, deliveries are delayed due to weather, carrier capacity, customs inspection, or other events outside our control. Print Craft World is not responsible for such delays but will work with carriers to resolve issues when possible.

International shipping

If we ship internationally, delivery times, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customs processing can add unpredictable delays.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check with household members and neighbors first. For confirmed carrier loss or misdelivery, contact us with your order number within a reasonable time so we can investigate with the carrier.
