How do I place an order?
Do I need an account to shop?
You can explore the catalog without an account. Creating an account makes checkout faster, saves your order history, and unlocks features like the customer dashboard. Register here or sign in.
How does customization work?
Many products offer personalization (text, images, or options shown on the product or customize flow). Follow the on-page instructions before adding to cart. If something is unclear, use live chat so we can help before you order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment options available at checkout (for example, cards and supported UPI/wallets via our payment partner). Available methods are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
How long does shipping take?
Custom pieces are produced after payment; delivery is often within a few business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier. See our Shipping Policy for processing, carriers, and tracking details.
Can I track my order?
When your order ships, we aim to share tracking when the carrier provides it. Check My orders after signing in, or contact support if you need help locating tracking.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Custom production may start soon after payment. Contact us as quickly as possible via support chat with your order details. We will help if the order has not yet moved too far into production.
What is your return or refund policy?

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Email or chat with photos of the package and item, plus your order number. We will review and work with you on a fair resolution. Reach us through live chat or the support email in the site footer.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We will email a reset link if an account exists for that address. Check spam folders and try again in a few minutes if you do not see it.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Is my payment information secure?
