Refund Policy

Overview

Many Print Craft World products are made to order with your customizations. This policy explains how refunds, replacements, and cancellations work so you know what to expect before and after purchase.

Custom and personalized items

Personalized products are produced specifically for you. Once production has started, orders typically cannot be canceled or returned except where the item is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered. Please review your preview and checkout details carefully before paying.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error caused by us, contact support within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to verification.

Wrong or missing items

If you received the wrong product or something is missing from your shipment, notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will work with you to send the correct item or issue an appropriate refund or credit.

Cancellations before shipment

If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. Cancellations are not guaranteed once customization or fulfillment has begun. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Non-returnable situations

We generally cannot offer refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind on personalized items after production starts.
  • Errors in text, images, or options that you approved at checkout or in the preview.
  • Minor color or finish variation that is normal for handmade or printed goods.
  • Delays caused by incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing may take several business days after approval; your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can help. Opening a payment dispute without giving us a chance to resolve the issue may delay resolution.
